Swan Lake: A Ballet Study

In a far away kingdom, a prince is attends his birthday ball when he is told he must marry. In frustration, he runs away with a friend to go hunting when he stumbles upon a lake and meets Odette, a beautiful girl cursed to be a swan by day.

Swan Lake has inspired many stories, movies, and picture books for kids over they years. It’s a compelling tale of true love and heartbreak performed by some of the most talented dancers in the world.

In this 4 week study of the Swan Lake Ballet, we have taken each act and scheduled out a composer study, music, crafts, recipes, geography, and a science lesson.
