A Mother's Education Lent

A Mother’s Education Lent is a call to mothers to take time during the Lenten season and pour into our own spiritual well being.

A Mother’s Education: Lent is written to remind you that we are broken people living in a broken world. Lent also reminds us to look towards Jesus, The One who came to save. Lent is the recognition of the brokenness and sin that led our Savior to the cross.

Lent points us to the promise of God that was fulfilled with Christ’s sacrifice. We also reflect upon our personal need for a Savior.

A Mother’s Education Lent is a 49 day program that begins on Ash Wednesday and brings you through Holy Week. Included is booklist that contains devotionals, history, nature lore, literature, and poetry. It also includes elements of a Charlotte Mason education with note booking, nature study, and handicrafts.

Each week contains a hymn and art study to reflect on as well as scheduling pages, reflection journaling, tips, and community fellowship through Facebook and Mighty Networks.

My hope for you is that this program will help you settle in during the Lenten season and spend time growing your own relationship with the Lord.
